Regulation
1) At reservation time, 30%
of the entire amount (as stipulated with the
owner) must be paid by wire transfer or postal order.
2) At reservation time, the customer
must specify exactly the arrival and departure
day and the number of persons.
3) No extra charge is applied
for kids under 2 years.
4) An extra charge of € 5,00
(price per day) is applied for kids between 2 and 5 years
for stays longer than 3 nights.

An extra charge of € 12,00 (price per day) is applied
for kids between 5 and 10 years for stays longer than
3 nights.
6) No pets
are allowed inside rooms and apartments.
7) If reservation is cancelled,
the amount paid will be left pending for another stay.
8) Rooms and apartments are available
for customers from 4.00 p.m. of arrival day (except different
agreement with the owner) and must be left free before
10,00 a.m. of departure day, or the customer must pay
one more night.
9) Breakfast
is served from 8,30 to 10,00 a.m. If the customer wants
to have breakfast at a different time, he must ask the
owner at least one day before.
10)
Some rooms and apartments include a kitchen which can
be freely used by customers. In this case, at departure
time the kitchen must be in the same condition that it
was at arrival.
11) Rooms and
apartments are cleaned every 7 days for long stays, but
it is possible to ask for the service daily at the price
of €10,00.
12) Upon request
customers may use the washing machine at the price of
€10,00 each.
13) Please
remember to respect other customers keeping silence between
10,00 p.m. and 9,00 a.m.

Wine and water are available at extra cost.
15)
Special dinners can be prepared for groups of at least
6 customers, if decided at least one day before.
16) At Villa a Sesta you can
find the following restaurants:
- “Caffè Camelia”
- Restaurant “La Bottega del ‘30”.

At San Gusmè (3 Km) you can find:
- Typical restaurant “La Porta del Chianti”,
- Tavern “Da Remo”,
- Foodstuffs/wine cellar/news dealer “Brogi” with good
typical products
- Tobacconist
18) At Castelnuovo
Berardenga (7 Km) you'll find:
- Tuscan typical restaurant “La Taverna della Berardenga”
- Wine cellar “Bengodi”
- Supermarkets “Despar”, “Coop”, Smai”
- Butcher's shop “Pini” which offers best quality meat
and cold cuts
- Pharmacy and sanitary district (USL)
- Mail office
- Bank "Monte dei Paschi di Siena" with cash dispenser
- Bank "Cassa di Risparmio di Firenze" with cash dispenser
- Bank "Banca di Credito Cooperativo di Monteriggioni"
